Vegetarian Greek Nachos
1 18 Oz bag pita chips (plain or Parmesan garlic and Herb)
1 8oz container classic hummus
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 tablespoon chickpeas
2 tablespoon kalamata olives, halved
1/4 cup cucumber, diced
1 tablespoon banana peppers
1 small Roma tomato, finely chopped
Spread hummus onto a plate or serving board
Top with remaining ingredients
Serve with pita chips
Classic Chili Cheese Nachos
1 18 oz bag tortilla chips
2 cups pre-made chili with beans
1 8oz. bag shredded Mexican cheese
1 cup salsa or pico
1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
Sour cream
Cilantro
Guacamole
Preheat oven to 400
Spread chips onto a baking sheet
Top with chili and cheese
Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese melts and chips are slightly browned
Top with remaining ingredients
Black Bean Vegan Nachos
1 10oz bag blue corn tortilla chips
1 cup vegan shredded yellow cheese
1/4 cup whole kernel corn
1/2 cup black bean
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 guacamole
Spread chips onto a tray
Top with remaining ingredients
Strawberry Chocolate Dessert Nachos
1 qt vegetable oil
10 flour tortillas, cut into quarters
1/2 cup cinnamon sugar
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 bottle chocolate syrup
1 6 Oz can Whipped cream
Mint leaves (optional)
Heat oil to high temp in deep fryer
Fry tortillas until they are browned
Drain oil on paper towel covered plate
Sprinkle both sides generously with cinnamon sugar
Top with chocolate syrup, strawberries, and whipped cream
Garnish with mint leaves (optional)
