I think I ate the best thing I have ever eaten! This Red Velvet Cheesecake was indescribable‼️ Everything about it was right. EVERYTHING!!! The original with strawberry was also amazing. So glad we stopped by to give it a try. The reviews were right. If you are in Dallas, TX, you must go to Val’s Cheesecake!

Check out these roasted potato wedges I made today in my air fryer! I cut the potatoes into wedges, drizzled on a little vegetable oil (use whatever oil you prefer), and seasoned them with three ingredients. Use whatever seasonings you like. Into the air fryer at 400 degrees for 15 minutes (tossed them around a bit halfway through). Served with fish sandwiches!

When I need to use up some produce from my fridge, I’ll often chop it up and put it in a soup or pasta dish. Tonight I used some asparagus and red peppers along with shrimp and pasta to create this creamy dish. Details in my story for the next 24 hours.

Tried a new spot today accompanied by good foodie friends who suggested the place! Most everyone ordered this stuffed shrimp with mashed potatoes and spinach! All plates were CLEAN! We had desserts too and the Salted Caramel Cheesecake with Toasted Walnuts may be the best dessert I’ve had all year! Yes, I tagged them.
